Insane Stamp

After recent remarks made towards this deviation, I feel I must point something out.

This stamp was made years ago, when I was young and dumb. I used the word 'insane' without really thinking about what exactly that entails.

What I was thinking of was the definition for insanity that fits as 'utterly senseless', which can be interpreted as someone who just sings even though they can't sing very well. Some would call that utterly senseless, and even insane, but since I do things like that and am proud that I do, I made this stamp.

Plain old insanity is NOT funny.

I should know. Half of my family is certified as insane, since bipolar disorder and MPD run in my family's genes.

It's terrifying and it tears families apart.

So, this stamp stands now as a satire. One of humanity's need for education on the reality of insanity. People put a happy face on serious illness so that they can pretend that it's funny when really, it's just not.
And that's why I'm leaving this up, on this account that I'm leaving. I'm moving to another account and not taking this stamp there. This stamp, with the thousands of people that have fave'd it, is proof that people hide the truth from themselves.
